WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We know waiting for an order is the hardest part. Here is everything you need to follow your Personal Joy Gifts package from our facility to your door.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our facility, and find your tracking number.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email to open the carrier's tracking page.
  3. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder, then search your inbox for "Personal Joy Gifts".

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active on the carrier's website after you receive the shipping confirmation. If it still shows no movement after that, it is usually just waiting for the first carrier scan.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Every item is made to order, so your total delivery time = production time + transit time:

  • Production: 5-7 business days after your order is placed
  • Transit: 5-10 business days for domestic US, 7-15 business days for international

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin production on the next business day. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A TRACKING EMAIL

If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of your purchase, email us at contact@personaljoygifts.com with your order number and we will send it to you.

MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED, OR MY PACKAGE IS LATE

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or it is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us at contact@personaljoygifts.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund your order at no extra cost. See our Refund Policy.

Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, extreme weather, or public holidays are outside our control.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before production begins. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
