Choose your product, select your options (size, color, and any personalization), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is approved. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars. Our checkout is encrypted, and we never store your full card number.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address to see your exact shipping charges before you pay.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to activate on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days, email contact@personaljoygifts.com with your order number. See our Order Tracking page for more.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR VAT?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. Email contact@personaljoygifts.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

CAN I SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

No. We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place those orders separately.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Email contact@personaljoygifts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to ship the faulty item back. See our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ITEM?

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, because they are produced uniquely for you. Please double-check your spelling and personalization details before checking out.

HOW DO SIZES RUN?

Each product page includes a size chart specific to that item, and our Product Details & Sizing page has our general chart and measuring guide. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to the chart, as sizing varies between product types.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

For apparel, machine wash cold inside out with like colors and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on any printed design. For mugs, drinkware, and home goods, hand washing is recommended to preserve the print.

CAN I ORDER IN BULK OR REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?

Yes. For bulk, wholesale, or fully custom design requests, email contact@personaljoygifts.com with the quantity, product type, and your deadline, and our team will reply with a quote.
